Who's Behind the Coloring Pages?
Hi, I'm Jamie Shank, the founder and creative director of Creative Color Lab. I'm a parent, early childhood educator, former nanny, and a perpetual doodler.
As hobby artists, my sister and I had the idea for a high-quality coloring sheet website during the depths of the Covid 19 global pandemic.
Our kids had nothing to do, and we needed a way to occupy them while we accomplished our own work. We'd doodle and photocopy little drawings for them to color in.
In these desperate moments, the seed for CreativeColorLab.com was planted, inspired by a desire to help families like ours.
Coloring Activities for Kids and Adults
Today, I illustrate many of the designs you see here on the site, but I also have the help of a small but mighty team of artists and writers. (And I can't forget to mention my kids, nieces, and nephews who "sample" our coloring pages almost as fast as we can design them!)
